Refund policy

You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days from the date you receive it, without any obligation to notify us of the reason for returning your order. In this case you will only be charged the cost of returning the product. If the reason for the return of a product is due to an error by the Company, we undertake to cover the cost of returning the product.

Refunds are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, that is to say, their packaging has not been unsealed or tampered with, along with the documents, retail receipt and packaging that came with the product. In the case of a refund, your refund will be completed within thirty calendar days from the date we receive the product. If the reason for returning a product is a Company error, the Company undertakes to resubmit order at the shipping address you specify at its own expense. When you send us a product back, our Company will receive it within 3-4 business days via DHL courier. If you choose another courier service, we cannot guarantee delivery times for the products you return to us. When we receive the returned product, we will process your request and notify you by email about the processing within approximately 6-7 business days.
